We are seeking an experienced Sales and Admissions Advisor to join our team in Barcelona. As a liaison between ISDI Coders and its current and potential students, you will play a crucial role in promoting our programs and building strong relationships with customers.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively selling our programs while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Key activities include identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.
You will seize opportunities to upsell products, build sustainable relationships with customers, and engage them by taking the extra mile. Additionally, you will keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way and frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Requirements
- Prior experience in Sales and/or Admissions Management is valued.
- A go-getter personality is essential.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening are required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, preferably Salesforce, is necessary.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities are critical.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively is required.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines is essential.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a highly dynamic environment are necessary.
