The role of ISDI's Sales and Admissions ManagerReporting directly to the B2C Sales Director and based in Barcelona, ISDI's Sales and Admissions Manager will be the liaison between ISDI and its current and potential students.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively selling while informing about the ISDI programs and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.Key Activities:Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensively mannerFrequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targetsPlan admissions events for prospective and admitted students.
Represent ISDI in online and face-to-face events and help with their organizationCarry out daily operational CRM and other administrative tasks such as verification of applications documents, admissions, contracts and moreAssist and work during info sessions or admissions event prepared ad-hoc by ISDIManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication "scripts" when handling different topicsRequirements:At least 5 years experience in Sales and/or admissions positions.Experience in the education sector will be highly valued.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Salesforce preferred.Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.Fluent in English and Spanish, Catalan will be a plusAbility to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.Capacity to manage heavy workload, multiple tasks and deadlines.
