The role of ISDI Coders Sales & Admissions Advisor
Reporting directly to ISDI Coders General Manager and based in Barcelona, the ISDI Coders Sales & Admissions Advisor will be the liaison between ISDI Coders and its current and potential students.
The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively selling while informing about the ISDI Coders programs and keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Key Activities:
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Plan admissions events for prospective and admitted students. Represent ISDI Coders in online and face-to-face events and help with their organization.
- Carry out daily operational CRM and other administrative tasks such as verification of applications documents, admissions, contracts, etc.
- Assist and work during info sessions or admissions events prepared ad-hoc by ISDI Coders.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Sales and/or Admissions Management to be valued.
- A go-getter personality.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan will be a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices; Salesforce preferred.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. A high level of resourcefulness is required.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a highly moving and dynamic environment.
