Sales and Admissions Director

Overview
At ISDI, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Admissions Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in liaising between ISDI and our current and potential students.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively selling ISDI's programs while prioritizing customer satisfaction. They will identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Builid sustainable relationships with customers by going above and beyond
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Plan admissions events for prospective and admitted students
- Carry out daily operational CRM and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Sales and/or admissions positions
- Experience in the education sector is highly valued
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, Salesforce preferred
