About the Role: We're seeking an exceptional marketing leader to drive growth in our French and Belgian markets. As Sr. Country Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement marketing roadmaps to drive market performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights and inform go-to-market strategies
  • Analyze campaign results and communicate impact to stakeholders
  • Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain a deep understanding of local market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital ecosystem
  • Native fluency in French, with strong knowledge of the French e-commerce landscape
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong influencer and change management skills, with ability to drive organizational initiatives
