We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Expansion Marketing Lead to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Spanish market.

As a key member of our Spanish Expansion team, you will work closely with Luis, our Country Manager, and Eliott, our VP Marketing. Your primary objective is to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified prospects for our Sales team.

You will focus on lead generation, SEO, website content, paid campaigns, nurturing, brand awareness, and sales materials. Your entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and ability to adapt to new challenges will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Spanish market.
  • Lead generation: Identify reliable sources of information, organize data scraping, enrichment, and allocation to sales teams.
  • SEO efforts: Perform keyword research, collaborate with freelance copywriters/content writers to improve overall ranking on SERP.
  • Website and landing pages content: Own and optimize content for conversion, ensuring value to the audience.
  • Paid campaigns: Work with the Global Marketing Team to leverage paid channels efficiently, maintaining a viable ROI and low Customer Acquisition Cost.
  • Nurturing: Set up and maintain workflows to drive awareness among leads and convert them into MQLs.
  • Brand awareness: Act as a brand ambassador, supporting events and PR goals and strategy.
  • Sales materials: Own and ensure consistency with the global Product Marketing team.
