The Role
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer - System Administration to join our Service Desk team. You'll oversee the resolution of escalated issues, manage SaaS applications, implement automation, and integrate new applications into our Identity Management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage and optimize SaaS applications within our organizational stack.
- Develop automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate new applications into Azure Active Directory seamlessly.
- Create and review comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- Expertise in AzureAD, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, and Jira.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Network troubleshooting skills.
- General knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Advanced experience in Jira, specializing in automations, backend project configuration, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications.
