Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nonprofit Partnerships Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our global expansion team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our operations in the Indian and UK markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Development: Develop and execute strategies to expand our operations in the Indian and UK markets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Business Development: Generate leads and book demos for our Account Executives, ensuring a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to gather information about nonprofit needs and collaboration opportunities, and to develop innovative solutions to further develop our offering on employee volunteering and nonprofit partnerships.
  4. Communication and Relationship-Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, stakeholders, and other key partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for Social Impact: A demonstrated passion for and alignment with the mission of supporting nonprofit organizations, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust.
  2. Business Development Experience: Experience in roles requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills, such as in customer service, sales, community engagement, or nonprofit advocacy roles.
  3. Business Acumen: Capability to understand prospects' needs and negotiate contracts.
  4. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Hindi, with any other languages being a plus.
  5. Education: A bachelor's degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations, or a related field.
