About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Retrofit Consultant and Project Manager to join our team at Ieteam. As a key member of our global retrofit team, you will provide technical consultancy services to end-users in the oil and gas industry, focusing on complete conversions, including dismantling and installation works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform retrofit assessments (electrical, mechanical, construction) and conduct feasibility studies, TCO, and energy-saving calculations.
  • Prepare specifications, proposals, and EPCM contracts in close collaboration with customers, subcontractors, and regional service sales teams.
  • Build up regional know-how and sub-supplier/partner networks for Retrofit projects.
  • Provide technical support during project development and contract negotiation phases.
  • Take over project management for the execution of regional Retrofit projects, in conjunction with existing sub-suppliers/partner networks.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering (preferred) or mechanical/mechatronic engineering or a comparable qualification in rotating equipment.
  • Professional experience dealing with rotating equipment, electrical drives, and technical expertise in the energy production and/or oil & gas business.
  • Project management and risk management skills are an advantage.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required; German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
