Job Title: Project Manager Sr. Consultant

Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables) is seeking a Development Consultant to join its team in Madrid. As a key player in the company's strategy to descarbonize its portfolio of products, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from acquisition to completion, motivating and leading the team involved, and ensuring the achievement of set objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gestión and coordination of the Repsol GBC team involved in the project, ensuring teamwork and information exchange.
  • Control of resources assigned to the project to meet objectives (schedule, cost, quality, etc.).
  • Gestión of risks, problems, and changes in the project and reporting of progress.
  • Relationship with different departments of Repsol GBC and with authorities and collaborators in representation of the company.
Requirements:
  • Formación académica: Ingeniería.
  • Experiencia: a partir de 5 años desempeñando estas funciones en sector Renovables.
  • Herramientas: MS Project, SAP.
  • Idiomas: Inglés mínimo nivel B2.

  • Autonomía y proactividad.
  • Trabajo en equipo y dotes comunicativas.
  • Habilidades de negociación y gestión.
