About the Role

As a Project Manager Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing accessibility and understanding of project management for a portfolio of Project Managers. This will involve setting standards, implementing methodologies, and fostering knowledge sharing. You will also monitor and ensure governance and compliance across projects within the portfolio, including status reports, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance accessibility and understanding of project management for a portfolio of Project Managers
  • Monitor and ensure governance and compliance across projects within the portfolio
  • Ensure the standardization of working methods and deliverables across teams
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization
  • Conduct regular analysis of financial KPIs at the portfolio, program, and project levels
  • Effectively manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years as consultant
  • High proficiency in English (min. C1)
  • Passionate about project management and technology
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
  • Knowledge in Management Tools
