About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to drive growth.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing regular communication, support, and guidance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business tools.
