About the Role

goFLUENT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and expanding our market territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify new opportunities for account expansion and growth.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to connect global learning leaders with our innovative solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within our existing account database.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture accounts and develop compelling business cases.
  • Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote our solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to support sales efforts and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of client organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a minimum B2 level.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, and HR services industry is a plus.
