Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our Grid Edge Solutions Europe team. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a critical role in executing site activities for Battery Storage (BESS) and Microgrid projects, working in close coordination with our project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute site activities for BESS and Microgrid projects, including installation, pre-commissioning, and power-on, commissioning
- Ensure compliance with HSE rules and regulations, adhering to Country and Company norms
- Proactively identify and implement improvements in the commissioning process
- Embody our company values of safety and integrity
- Collaborate with our team to achieve project goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience with power systems commissioning, including BESS projects and Solar plants
- Proven experience with commissioning of electrical LV-MV panels, Inverters, batteries, switchgears, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Good experience with PLC automation commissioning is a plus
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Flexibility to travel worldwide is required
