Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing site activities for Battery Storage and Microgrid projects, working in coordination with our project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commissioning activities for Battery Storage and Microgrid projects, including installation, pre-commissioning, and power-on.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company norms.
- Identify and implement improvements in the commissioning process.
- Collaborate with the project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in power systems commissioning, including Battery Storage and Microgrid projects.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commissioning electrical LV-MV panels, inverters, batteries, switchgears.
- Good experience with PLC automation commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Flexibility to travel worldwide.
