**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Guide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and aware of other HR technologies.
  • Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
  • Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients' key users.
  • Ensure effective knowledge transfer to the customer and application maintenance team for ongoing support.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and/or Recruiting modules.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology.
  • Good understanding of HR processes.
  • High level of English is essential. French or German are welcome.
