About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Applications Consultant to join our team at IFS. As a Senior Business Applications Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing functional resolutions to customers, advising them on the usage of IFS's products, and delivering professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to customers, resolving complex issues and advising on the optimal use of IFS's products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement of IFS's support processes.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring that team members have access to the latest information and best practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced knowledge of IFS's products, including technical architecture, SQL querying, and product interfaces.
- Excellent conflict resolution, business communication, and functional knowledge of related product areas.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide tailored solutions.
- University degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience in relevant industry(s) and handling customers.
- Basic understanding of business value engineering.
- Previous knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP).
- High-level knowledge of Database technologies (Oracle).
- Exposure to public Cloud platform, specifically Microsoft Azure.
Desirable Qualifications
We are also looking for candidates with:
- Fluency in other languages.
- Technical experience on Azure, Oracle DB, Kubernetes, network, Cloud security.
