About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team at Nunsys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ERP solutions to our customers, driving business growth, and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding
    • Engage with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers and project onboarding.
    • Implement ERP solutions that meet customer design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
    • Lead and participate in workshops to prioritize requirements and identify opportunities for customer success.
    • Deliver approved customer solutions utilizing templates as applicable.
    • Collaborate with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule, and budget as set out in the project plan.
  • Post-Go-Live & Existing Customer Engagements
    • Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities to expand Nunsys' footprint.
    • Engage in the delivery of upgrades and cloud migrations to existing customers.
  • Product Enhancements and New Technologies
    • Stay up-to-date on new technologies, legislations, and best practices, sharing knowledge both internally and externally.
    • Work with senior consultants to identify improvements to models and functionality.
    • Embrace continuous learning and enhance knowledge in new areas.
Requirements
  • Fluent knowledge of Norwegian and English.
  • Excited about technology-enabled change.
  • Strong business analysis skills with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, independent, and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadlines.
  • Background or experience in Finance, Management, or IT is considered a bonus.
