Senior Business Applications Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Applications Consultant to join our team at IFS. As a Senior Business Applications Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing functional resolutions to customers, advising them on the usage of IFS's products, and delivering professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert-level support to customers, resolving complex issues and advising on the optimal use of IFS's products.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and industry trends, ensuring that customers receive the best possible support.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer pain points, driving continuous improvement of IFS's support processes.
  5. Contribute to the development of knowledge-sharing initiatives, ensuring that team members have access to the latest information and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Advanced knowledge of IFS's products, including technical architecture, SQL querying, and product interfaces.
  2. Excellent conflict resolution, business communication, and functional knowledge of related product areas.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  4. University degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or relevant work experience.
  5. Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  6. Experience in relevant industry(s) and handling customers.
  7. Basic understanding of business value engineering.
  8. Previous knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP).
  9. High-level knowledge of Database technologies (Oracle).
  10. Exposure to public Cloud platform, specifically Microsoft Azure.

Desirable Qualifications

We are also looking for candidates with:

  1. Fluency in other languages.
  2. Technical experience on Azure, Oracle DB, Kubernetes, network, Cloud security.
