About the Role

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team in EMEA. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the expansion of our multinational solutions through pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Facing Activities:
    • Perform strategic selling in large multinational companies environment
    • Increase sales performance by presenting business strategies and solutions to prospects and clients
    • Understand client business requirements and configure solutions to demonstrate our ability to solve client issues
    • Communicate with different audiences, adjusting functional and technical content to meet different knowledge and interest levels
    • Support HR transformation discussions with prospects
    • Creatively respond to challenging questions with sound business acumen
  • Operational Support:
    • Work with other members of the ESI Business consulting team and the Business consulting teams in GES
    • Have the ability to work and perform under pressure in a multicultural sales environment
    • Coordinate answers to customer requests
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations
    • Participate in sales calls and meetings
    • Work closely with the sales team, Relationship Management, Implementation, Product, and Client Service teams
Qualifications
  • Master or Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of sales or HR consulting experience with large, complex clients
  • Experience working with time management technology products and processes
  • Collaborative, team player with strong self-starter attitude
  • Knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing is desired
  • Communication (multi-lingual can be an advantage)
