Job Title:
Labor HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Labor HR Business Partner to play a key role in providing HR support for our organization, with a strong focus on labor relations and negotiations with Works Councils.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide coaching and HR consultancy to leaders and teams to drive effective performance and employee relations initiatives.
Lead and support talent and diversity strategies in alignment with organizational goals, including workforce planning, restructuring, and change management.

Collaborate with the learning and development organization and talent acquisition team to ensure the alignment of talent strategies and workforce planning with labor-related requirements.

Take leadership in critical HR initiatives and projects as required, with a focus on labor and employee relations, including day-to-day relations with the local Works Council and critical and major negotiations with the local Works Council.

Co-responsible for updating, following, and implementing the current Industry Union Labor Agreement, and responsible attendant to all labor-related meetings to Farmaindustria.

First point of contact with our external law partners for any potential or existing labor or individual conflict toward any authority.

Co-responsible for attending all kinds of labor inspections.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related discipline. Postgraduate degree such as an MBA or Master in Human Resources is desired.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in similar HR roles with a strong emphasis on labor relations and negotiations, preferably in a multinational organization with Works Councils involvement.

Demonstrated HR functional competence with a specific focus on labor relations and negotiations, and proven ability to effectively influence, consult with, and coach senior leaders and managers, particularly in the context of labor-related matters.

Strong strategic prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among peers and extended HR organizations.

Experience in navigating and leveraging HR systems and data analytics to support client consultation, with specific reference to labor-related data and analytics.

Fluent in English and Spanish, and travel availability.
