**Job Title:** Office Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel. As an Office Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Manage a well-organized filing system and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Order and maintain the stock of all supplies.
  • Liaise with the building manager and manage the cleaning company.
  • Organize couriers and maintain a record of absences.
  • Check and forward supplier invoices.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Business Administration or Secretarial or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Very advanced level of English (C1/C2).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
