Property Acquisition Specialist

Artemis Assets SL is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Manager to join its growing team in Barcelona. As the face of the company to the Real Estate market, you will be responsible for sourcing properties for an international clientele. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Define the property search strategy, identifying the most suitable locations, risk profiles, and investment opportunities.
- Market Scanning: Utilize your network and existing property search tools to scan the market for the best investment opportunities.
- Property Assessment: Visit properties, assess their potential, and capture relevant financial and technical data through 3D videos.
- Marketing and Promotion: Publicize the added value of Artemis Assets' product offer to attract potential clients.
- Deal Closure: Collaborate with Relationship Managers and other teams to close deals and drive business growth.
- Team Management: Assist in recruiting a team of Real Estate Executives to support the company's expansion.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in Real Estate products, sales, and property management to drive business success.
- Teamwork and Technology: Comfortably work in cross-functional teams, utilizing the latest technologies in the field.
- Local Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the city and its real estate market.
- Negotiation and Relationship Management: Proven skills in negotiations and relationship management to drive business growth.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of managing unforeseen situations and navigating a dynamic environment.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Additional Language Skills: Knowledge of any other language.
- Financial Skills: Familiarity with financial functions in Microsoft Excel.
