ROLE PURPOSE

This is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in driving the growth of LevelTen Energy's M&A Solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading transaction execution, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the M&A Solutions Director to develop and implement business strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the renewable energy industry, with experience in M&A transactions and business origination. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and making decisions with minimal supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead transaction execution, from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with customers and transaction counterparties.
  • Develop and maintain transaction systems and processes, including documentation and tracking tools.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to drive successful M&A Solutions processes.
  • Support the use of LevelTen Energy's M&A Solutions products, assisting customers with questions and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop business development strategies and lead generation initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree from an accredited college/university and relevant work experience in the renewable energy industry (5+ years of experience). Minimum 3 years of M&A experience.
  • Demonstrated track record in transaction execution and business origination.
  • Relevant experience in European energy markets, with a strong understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to travel across Europe to attend conferences and meetings.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and internal processes simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other professional software.
  • Professional fluency in English, with other European languages a plus.
