We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team at EPAM. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative analytical solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture.
- Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and provide the team with the tools and motivation.
- Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing quality technical solutions.
- Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience of leading development teams.
- Strong experience in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, AWS Lambda, Apache Kafka.
- Hands-on experience with Java, AWS, AWS Lambda, event-driven/microservices/serverless architecture, establishing engineering excellence.
- Design Principles, Design Patterns implementation experience.
- Wide knowledge and experience with CI/CD.
