Job Title: Lead Java Developer

Are you a seasoned Java professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading development teams and driving innovation? We're seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to join our team at EPAM.

About the Role

As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate new features, and architecture to drive decisions. Your expertise in Java, SpringBoot, AWS, and AWS Lambda will be invaluable in helping us build innovative analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, design, and implement innovative analytical solutions
  • Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
  • Build collaborative partnerships with architects and key individuals within other functional groups
  • Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing quality technical solutions
  • Actively participate in code review and test solutions to ensure they meet best practice specifications
  • Build and foster a high-performance engineering culture, mentor team members, and provide the team with the tools and motivation
