About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Shopper Marketing team in Southern Europe as a Shopper Marketing Manager. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and innovation through effective shopper marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement shopper marketing programs that drive recruitment and premiumization across different shopper missions and consumer behaviors.
  • Collaborate with customer and consumer marketing teams to create award-winning programs that inspire customers to implement and consumers to consume and purchase our brands.
  • Work with the new occasions' mindset to build the best activations and mechanics based on shopper/consumer behaviors per occasion.
  • Develop first-to-market shopper tools to engage consumers in new ways and ensure robust measurement and evaluation to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing/customer marketing experience.
  • Proven record in initiating and crafting marketing programs.
  • Strong creative judgment and background in crafting award-winning work.
  • Strong commercial understanding of our customers and their shoppers.
  • Ability to influence across a broad network of the organization and encourage agencies to deliver phenomenal work.
