About the Opportunity

As a Marketing Manager for Southern Europe, you will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of Worldcoin in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience.

About the Team

The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for the reputation, brand, and growth of all Tools for Humanity products, including the Worldcoin protocol. The team oversees everything from earned media and branding to content creation. In addition, the team has been contracted by the Worldcoin Foundation to advise and lead the reputation, brand, and community the Foundation is creating to grow the Worldcoin protocol.

About You

We are looking for a highly self-directed and creatively motivated individual with strong experience in marketing strategy, strategic planning, benchmarking against objectives, as well as driving executive-level communications and stakeholder management. You should have a solid track record of achievement, with experience in a fast-growing tech space or high-end consumer brands. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a strong understanding of local culture, communities, and the best ways to reach them is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on-the-ground marketing campaigns to drive signups, grow community, increase brand awareness, and elevate the user verification experience.
  • Partner with Market Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Worldcoin's post-expansion strategy.
  • Connect global & local efforts by aligning global visions with local marketing campaigns and identifying findings from regional teams to advise global strategies.
  • Organize and manage community events to shape the local voice of the project, working closely with Community Specialists.
  • Maintain the Worldcoin creative standard and strategic integrity in every execution.
