About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-Key Account Manager to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our Southern Europe team, you will be responsible for leading our e-commerce strategy and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute e-commerce business plans to increase sales and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Design and execute demand creation campaigns to drive sales and growth
  • Manage daily operations, including forecasting, customer reports, and budget management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a KAM role within Dermo-cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce business development and sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English and additional language required (Italian or French)
