Senior Sales Specialist

Drive business growth in the non gyn cytology market by creating new opportunities and converting conventional cytology to Liquid Based cytology (LBC).
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic and tactical territory plans to ensure achievement of targets and year on year growth.
- Support and train new/ existing users of LBC non gyn, including pre-contract site assessment, troubleshooting, customer education, and tradeshow support.
- Provide training in morphology non gyn and transform conventional cytology non gyn to LBC through designed training programs.
- Collaborate closely with Sale Representatives within the Iberia to grow the non gyn market in their region.
- Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service, and support.
- Cytology / Pathology background.
- Strong level of experience in non gyn cytology as a Sales Application Specialist or in an Account / Key Account Manager capacity.
- Knowledge of health care/ medical device industry in the region is desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Self-directed in working with customers to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in Spanish.
- Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed across Iberia.
