About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketeer to join our Consumer Commercial Iberia Team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing consumer non-connected products for Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Management
  • Set and manage margins and prices to optimize revenue growth
  • Lead Business Management Committee (BMC) planning and strategy for assigned products
  • Support forecast accuracy for assigned products, focusing on non-connected catalogue
  • Define product portfolio, positioning, pricing, distribution, service, and promotion plan
  • Manage data for assigned products to inform business decisions
Financial Management
  • Manage revenues and IGM targets within assigned products
Customer Engagement
  • Establish high levels of customer satisfaction through effective product marketing
  • Ensure product offer is aligned with market needs and customer preferences
  • Maximize brand positioning and market share
People Development
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, strategic focus, and organizational agility
  • Influence a winning spirit and embed our culture within Product Marketing teams

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a large technology company with a focus on systems and services
  2. 3+ years of in-depth knowledge in product positioning, pricing, distribution, service, and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, and business penetration
  3. 3+ years of experience working in a global setup, connecting marketing and sales with product management functions
  4. 3 years of experience in market/customer-facing operations, including B2B and B2C go-to-market models
  5. Bachelor's degree in Technical Science, Business Administration in marketing/sales, or a related discipline
  6. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (valuable)
