SITA is a leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology. As a Product Specialist, you will join our dynamic Value Added Services Product Team in implementing the product marketing strategy, clear customer communications, and product roadmap. Our team covers 95% of all international air travel destinations and works with over 2,800 air transport and government customers worldwide.
About the Team
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, ordering, billing, pricing, legal, regulatory, IT, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products. As a Product Specialist, you will play a vital role supporting the product management of SITA's Value Added Services Portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct research on trends related to our products, technologies, and market. Support managing existing and future vendors, partners, suppliers, and telecommunications companies.
Product Development and LifecycleCreate engaging product collateral and update internal and external portfolio portals. Assist in product development (quote to bill process for ordering, billing, revenue assurance) and business case creation. Standardize pricing components of a product for project management and support. Create new package offerings by combining products from different business units. Monitor demo and lab assets inventory.
Project CoordinationSupport the coordination of activities and timelines on technical debt projects. Lead the program on new technologies. Lead on projects where integration of SITA products with third-party applications or between different SITA products is required.
Continuous LearningStay updated with the latest technology trends. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
