About the Role

SITA is a leading specialist in air transport communications and information technology. As a Product Specialist in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will join our dynamic Network Product Team in implementing the product marketing strategy, clear customer communications, and product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct research on trends related to our products, technologies, and market.
  • Gather customer needs and competitors' analysis.
  • Collect salesforce feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze product usage to identify trends and insights.
Product Development and Lifecycle
  • Create engaging product collaterals.
  • Support in managing product roadmap tools and KPI dashboard.
  • Assist in product development and business case creation.
Project Coordination
  • Support the coordination of project activities and timelines.
Continuous Learning
  • Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  4. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
