Global CRM Manager

As a key member of our Digital and Media team, the Global CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating the importance and understanding of our consumer. This individual will be responsible for leading the brand in its mission to drive conversion and loyalty through a comprehensive global CRM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a global CRM strategy, engaging customers across all touchpoints.
  • Grow and manage the global consumer database, driving and monitoring data, and tracking CRM dashboards.
  • Determine the global communication plan to drive CRM and Clienteling KPIs.
  • Manage CRM workflows from initial brief to key stakeholders to final delivery and execution.
  • Pilot the implementation of Clienteling and Loyalty programs, including training and adoption in local markets.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with solid safeguards for consumer data.
