We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Executive to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Global Services Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to our clients.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all handled programmes and policy documentation are issued to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines. You will build strong relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb Offices, and other external parties, becoming the main focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.

Supporting Chubb's business development and client relationship activities will be a key aspect of your role. You will also assist with ongoing projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that Chubb's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programmes.
  • Working within the framework of Chubb ethical and service standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service skills and customer-centric attitude, as well as attention to detail and the desire to deliver and improve quality.
  • Problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.

We offer a 12-month temporary contract with potential of converting into a permanent one, 29 days of vacation a year, 2 days working from home option + additional flexible days, and a comprehensive Learning & Development offer.

We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements. This can be discussed with the Recruitment Business Partner managing this position.
