**CFO Senior Financial Manager**

En Merlin Digital Partner, buscamos un profesional experimentado en finanzas y estrategia para ocupar el cargo de CFO. Este rol es fundamental para la salud financiera de la empresa y su crecimiento a corto y largo plazo.

**Responsabilidades**:

  • Elaboración de presupuestos y planes de negocios con un enfoque analítico y contable.
  • Control financiero y análisis detallado de costes, con seguimiento de desviaciones frente al presupuesto.
  • Dashboards y KPIs: Desarrollo de paneles de control con indicadores claros para facilitar la toma de decisiones ágil y eficiente.
  • Mejora continua: Liderazgo en la identificación, creación y ejecución de procesos y mejoras en los mismos, contribuyendo a la optimización de los KPIs corporativos.
  • Reportes financieros: Garantizar el cierre mensual, trimestral y anual preciso y oportuno, proporcionando informes detallados al CEO y al equipo ejecutivo.
  • Asesoramiento estratégico: Apoyo al CEO y equipo ejecutivo en decisiones estratégicas clave mediante análisis financiero y evaluación de oportunidades de inversión.
  • Gestión de tesorería y financiamiento: Supervisión del flujo de caja y evaluación de alternativas de financiamiento, asegurando la liquidez y la eficiencia en el uso de los recursos financieros.
  • Cumplimiento normativo y fiscal: Gestión eficaz de obligaciones fiscales y cumplimiento de normativas locales e internacionales, con especial énfasis en la fiscalidad y contabilidad españolas.

**Requisitos**:

  • Experiencia de 10 años en funciones financieras, con al menos 5 años en roles como CFO con equipo a cargo.
  • Profundo conocimiento en planificación financiera, presupuestos y gestión de riesgos, con experiencia específica en fiscalidad y contabilidad españolas.
  • Habilidades avanzadas en análisis financiero y toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de liderazgo.
  • Experiencia en presentaciones ante inversores y distintos stakeholders.
  • Supervisión y administración de nóminas.
  • Orientado a dar soluciones y a negocio.

  • Conocimiento de sistemas avanzados de gestión financiera.
  • Experiencia previa en sector SaaS.
