The Position:
This role involves working as the first point of contact for new potential B2B customers, providing them with information about our services and helping to realize Merch projects. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customers, managing sales activities, and growing into a leading role within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Builidng strong relationships with customers and ensuring they sign the first order and return after the initial purchase.
- Managing sales activities and driving growth within the team.
- Growing into a leading role within the sales team by reaching targets and contributing ideas and process improvements.
- Staying informed about industry developments and suggesting product catalog improvements based on client feedback.
