As a key member of the Optica International Trading Corporation team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis Sales Associate position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Work closely with the Area Supervisor to create and execute sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive customer loyalty
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Good communication skills in English and Tagalog
- At least 1 year experience in Sales and Retail
- A pleasing personality and enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer experiences
We offer a competitive package including:
- Php11,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per month salary
- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer:

Please note that relocation is required to Santiago, Isabela.
