The Role:

Merchandise Consultant at Monday Merch

As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for new potential B2B customers, providing information about our service and helping to realize Merch projects for leading brands in Europe.

This is a dynamic role that combines project management, sales, and creativity. You will work closely with our sales team to build relationships with customers, increase sign rates, and enhance customer revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sign rates, customer activity, and returning customer revenue.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ideas to enhance the sales team's performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to our customers.
  • Suggest product catalog improvements based on customer feedback and market analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional languages a plus.
