Overview

Syneos Health is a leading global contract research organization (CRO) and professional services organization that helps the pharmaceutical industry bring new treatments to market. We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join our team.

We offer a highly competitive salary of $**120,000 - 150,000** per year, plus benefits and a quality of life balance. As a Territory Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing customer relationships with key vaccine accounts throughout your region.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing a designated territory with the goal of maximizing sales.
  • Identifying and developing business relationships with targeted Health Care providers.
  • Developing strategic account plans that will enhance customer relationships, achieve sales targets, facilitate retention and growth within key customers.
  • Employing client's trade strategy with targeted customers by understanding organization's formulary process and pull through.
  • Demonstrating passion for results, being bold, empathetic, and resourceful.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical/Vaccine sales experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine account strategy and demonstrated account management.
  • Prior experience in vaccines or buy and bill experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working with complex IDNs, Academic Medical Centers & teaching hospitals.
