Sales Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Professional to join our team at UnitQ. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with new contacts associated with high-value accounts and laying the foundation for our Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain net target lists to identify new business opportunities
- Source all new business meetings, qualify customers, build pipeline, and drive deals while collaborating with the Sales Development team
- Provide a great customer experience for UnitQ's prospects and customers by maintaining active engagement using creative follow-up communication in Salesforce.com
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications, including qualification meetings with new customers and accurately entering, updating, and maintaining daily activity and prospect information into Hubspot
- Analyze sales data and recommend new outreach strategies to improve external communication and internal processes
- 3-5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Previous experience with Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo is highly desirable
- Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and tone, as well as clear communication and a deep sense of empathy
- A self-starter who can diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes to maximize results
- A commitment to learning, being adaptable, and having a GREAT ATTITUDE
- Coachable and open to feedback

Salary and BenefitsAs a Sales Development Professional at UnitQ, you can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience.
