Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager - Transformation Expert at Avanade, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential transformation deals, leading, and running entire sales cycles. You will drive new and incremental revenue by prospecting, acquiring, and developing new and fast-growing business with direct clients in your area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue high-potential transformation deals
- Lead and run entire sales cycles
- Drive new and incremental revenue
- Prospect, acquire, and develop new business
- Work closely with partners to drive new business
Requirements:
- Experience selling Biz Apps, preferably enterprise scale consulting engagements
- Experience with Microsoft and other partners to grow their book of business
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor in addressing client business needs
- Driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level

- You are a team leader, deal hunter, deal idea maker, and deal originator
- You are a self-aware, self-starter who develops and wins new business in a complex consulting environment
- You love to work collaboratively with energy, drive, and dedication to overcome obstacles and achieve goals
