Learn about our role as Sales Development Representative:
- Seeking New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.
- Client Needs Identification: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Effectively generate and manage a pipeline of leads from prospecting to qualification to last touch.
- Meetings and Reporting: Arrange meetings between prospects and sales teams (Account Executives, Partners) or Account Managers. Provide regular sales performance reports to Business Development Managers.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about new products/services, pricing/payment plans, and industry trends.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and build long-term trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Your Ideal Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Possess proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Sales Techniques: Have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
- CRM Software: Be familiar with CRM software such as Salesforce or Apollo.
- Communication and Negotiation: Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations.

Salary Information: As a Digital Transaction Sales Specialist at Signaturit Group, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, considering your location and the responsibilities associated with this role.
