About the Role

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Developer Representative to join our team. As a Business Developer Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, profiling prospective customers, and driving new business through various outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quota quarterly, and hit a target level of activity daily and weekly.
  2. Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects.
  3. Educate customers on our cloud solutions and services.
  4. Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
  5. Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business needs to available cloud solutions.
  6. Update and maintain prospect and customer data in our CRM database.
  7. Work towards team and individual goals for key performance indicators like productivity, conversion rates, opportunities, and pipeline.
  8. Diligently document customer notes and deal details to ensure clarity on the current and past state of customer interaction.
Requirements
  1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Native level of German.
  3. Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
  4. Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in the IT industry.
  5. Some understanding of cloud computing concepts, in particular Google Cloud Platform solutions.
  6. Ability to connect business needs with adequate solutions, strong business acumen.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  8. Comfortable working against an assigned quota in a phone-based environment.
  9. General IT skills: essential computer skills to navigate efficiently a computer-based job.
Desirable
  1. 1 year experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others and read situations well.
  2. Experience in cold calling and successfully managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.
  3. Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  4. Able to identify key decision makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation.
  5. Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious.
  6. Understanding of local market and local business environment.
What We Offer

  3. Salary: 25,440.00€ gross / year + up to 6,360.00€ gross / year in bonus.
