Multilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Medical Products Team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in multiple languages.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process, including receiving and processing orders, using ERP systems.
- Arrange deliveries in cooperation with our European warehouse and process invoices through liaison with our European Accounting Service Centre.
- Provide customers with basic product and pricing information, interacting with hospitals and clinics, as well as internal customers across countries.
- Communicate effectively across cultures and adapt to country-specific processes.
- Contribute to improving the quality of our business, leading to better efficiency and enhanced service quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven Customer Service experience in an international environment.
- Proactive problem solver with flexibility and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize workload.
- Commitment to quality and providing a professional, responsive customer experience, supporting Gore's business results.
- Open communication, resilience, and impact awareness.
- Flexibility to work in different teams, depending on business needs.
- Skilled in working with ERP/IT systems, with experience in eCommerce solutions a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with one other European language a plus.
