About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the growth of our REH business unit in Iberia. As Country Market Director, you will be responsible for driving our business forward, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth in the Iberian REH market.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Collaborate with the REH Italy & Iberia Leadership Team to shape and execute our global business plan.
- Promote a culture of openness, inclusion, and diversity within the company.
About You
We are looking for a leader with a strong commercial background, excellent leadership and collaboration skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth. You should have a solid understanding of the REH market and be able to motivate and engage with colleagues with different skill sets and diverse backgrounds.
