We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our Last Mile team as an Account Coordinator. This role will provide critical support to new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) joining Amazon through our entrepreneur program.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely account creation for DSPs, providing best-in-class support and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Set up payment processes unique to the new entrepreneur program, ensuring accurate and efficient payment processing.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure satisfactory completion of tasks.
- Analyze data to identify trends and develop initiatives to improve metrics, working closely with Finance, Program, and Account Management functions.
- Partner with third-party vendors supplying DSP services to ensure timely onboarding and payments.
- Liaise with Account managers to ensure suppliers are ready to deliver on their required labor and vehicle requirements for peak periods.
- Support DSPs in resolving invoice queries within internal SLAs.
- Track metrics and provide reports to leaders on the health of DSP progress.
- Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements to payment/invoicing processes.
- Ensure relevant business grants/Veteran incentives are paid in line with internal standard operating procedures.
- Proficient in Spanish and English.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
- Competent leadership skills with the ability to motivate others.
- Knowledge of invoice or payment systems.
- Last Mile industry or Retail/Hospitality/FMCG Operations experience.
- Additional languages.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly drawing on data and analytical skills.
