We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Team Assistant Coordinator to join our team at Roche. As a key member of our Commercial Chapter, you will provide administrative support to our leaders and ensure seamless coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Learning Expert
    • Develop and maintain training matrices, ensuring all team members have access to relevant courses and resources.
    • Coordinate mQMS courses and Cornerstone training programs to support team development.
  • Coordination and Administrative Support
    • Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and tracking for Network Leads.
    • Validate and control company resources, ensuring efficient use of assets.
  • Issue Research and Resolution
    • Research and prioritize incoming issues for the Commercial Chapter organization.
    • Update information and internal processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Project Management and Support
    • Manage ad-hoc projects, customer contracts, and support Commercial Service on equipment maintenance contracts.
    • Coordinate digital file structures and maintenance, monitoring automatic alarm systems.
  • Meeting and Event Organization
    • Organize internal and external meetings and events, including logistics and catering.
  • New Hire and Departure Management
    • Manage the induction and departure process for commercial team members.
    • Ensure new employees have access to necessary equipment, training, and resources.
  • Budget Control and Training Sponsorship
    • Monitor and control the commercial chapter budget.
    • Work on corrective actions for potential slippages.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Professional Experience
    • Relevant experience in similar duties, preferably in a commercial or administrative role.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Language Skills
    • Excellent command of English and Spanish, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Mastery of Office tools, Google Suite, Trello, Miro, and other relevant software.
  • Personal Qualities
    • High service focus, ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.
    • Team player with a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and develop.
