Agilent is a leading company in the life science industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled HR Administrator and Payroll Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain or the UK/Ireland.
About the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage administration and payroll tasks for Spain or the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will work closely with our European HR Services Team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage administration and payroll tasks for Spain or the UK and Ireland
- Work with a payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes
- Respond to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers
- Prepare and maintain relevant HR documentation, such as contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits
- Participate in local or global projects that require HR services expertise
- Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain or the UK and Ireland
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, with other language skills a plus
- Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
