About This Role

">

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, fostering relationships to grow their commitment to reforestation with Tree-Nation. Continuously learning and developing strategies to expand your portfolio and boost sales from existing accounts are essential aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Professionally manage all commercial aspects of client relationships, including daily contact, pricing, negotiations, and contract renewals for your portfolio.">
  • Maintain current commitments while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per account.">
  • Minimize account churn while pursuing prospects among former clients to win them back.">
  • Ensure profitability goals from your portfolio are met.">
  • Take responsibility for daily monitoring of order flow through our systems, addressing issues, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Identify areas for improvement and follow up on customer feedback.">

Requirements:

This role requires full professional fluency in English and Spanish, with French being an asset. Experience in B2B account management, particularly in subscription-based or SaaS environments, is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum
